Hello and good evening. Welcome to another exciting episode of Dr. Doctor. I'm your host, Giovanna Sloschenberg. Excited to talk with you today about the Physician Partnership Program. This is a program designed entirely for physicians to help train them on how to be principal investigators in the world of clinical research. During this physician partnership program, the physicians will learn the various visits that take place during clinical research, such as an interim monitoring visit, also a COVI known as a closeout visit. We're going to teach them about regulations and guidelines, also teach them what the different documents and forms are, like the FDA 1572 and the financial disclosure form. We're really going to give them a nice introduction as to what clinical research is. This will be brought to them hybrid, so they'll be able to access this course for three weeks online. And then in the last week of the course, we actually will be working with a clinical research site so they would see what it would be like during a clinical research visit. From there, we pair them with one of our clinical research trials and we begin to close the gap. So this is a program that I've been wanting to get started for a long time. Excited that over the course of the next few months there'll be more traction and more visibility on the idea. But the goal is to increase the physician workforce with clinical research and primary care by at least 1% over the course of the next two years. It's roughly going to take about two years to start to see the movement. But right now, there's 1.1 million physicians in the U.S. and 860,000 of them are practicing, and only 36,000 of them participate in clinical research in 2025. So this is our way of saying we know this is something we need to pay attention to in our industry, and this is what we'd like to do to offer a way to bridge that gap.
